Join us as a Customer Success Manager in our Operations team, responsible for customer management, leading integration projects, and serving as the primary client contact. Your expertise in relationship-building and project execution will enhance satisfaction and contribute to overall team success. As the designated second-level tech expert for customer-support escalations, your critical role upholds our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, shaping the success of our team.

  • Flexibility to contribute 1 or 2 shifts per month on weekends as part of second-tier support.
  • Valid working rights in Australia 

Highly Desirable Expertise:

  • Previous experience in the fast-food industry.
  • Hands-on implementation experience in roles such as Integration Engineer, Technical Engineer, or Project Manager.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server and MySQL.
  • Proficiency in navigating JSON and XML data formats.
  • Acquaintance with Linux.
