Join us as an Account Manager in our Technical Operations team, responsible for customer management, leading integration projects, and serving as the primary client contact. Your expertise in relationship-building and project execution will enhance satisfaction and contribute to overall team success. As the designated second-level tech expert for customer-support escalations, your critical role upholds our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, shaping the success of our team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in delivering personalized support with an in-depth understanding of diverse customer environments.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective interaction at all levels.
  • A collaborative mindset, adept at fostering cross-functional teamwork.
  • Inherent self-motivation with acute attention to detail.
  • Organized and proficient in multitasking with strong record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-paced environment, adapting to evolving market requirements.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to travel, predominantly within the APAC region, with potential for global engagements.
  • Flexibility to contribute 1 or 2 shifts per month on weekends as part of second-tier support.


Highly Desirable Expertise:

  • Previous experience in the fast-food industry.
  • Hands-on implementation experience in roles such as Integration Engineer, Technical Engineer, or Project Manager.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server and MySQL.
  • Proficiency in navigating JSON and XML data formats.
  • Acquaintance with Linux.
