As a bookkeeper, your responsibilities are:
- Responsibility over bank reconciliation and credit cards
- Account payable process management (including recording invoices, creating new vendors and processing payments to suppliers)
- Responsibility over Account Receivable process, including invoicing and AR reports
- Performing monthly closing tasks: Fixed Assets, Accruals and Prepaid expenses, etc.’
- Support reimbursement of travel and expense reports according to company policy
- Produce other various miscellaneous reports, duties, and special projects as needed
Requirements
- 3-4 years of bookkeeping experience within a high-tech company
- Bookkeeping Certificate Type 3
- Experience in overall accounting processes (AR, AP, Cash, FA, etc.)
- Experience with Oracle systems
- Fluent English (read, write, and speak)
- Great communication skills and ability to work in collaboration with team members.
- Highly organized and efficient
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in high-tech company- an advantage
