Quality Assurance Engineer

As a QA Engineer in Dragontail Systems, you will have the opportunity to work and learn with the best, working on cutting-edge technologies like Machine learning, Image Processing, Big Data, Mobile development, Distributed/Cloud-based systems, AWS/Google Cloud, Secured Development and more. 

What you get to do in the role: 

As a QA Engineer, you will design, implement and maintain test plans for functional, integration, and performance testing. 

Your job will require you to review and document new projects and existing application code. You will get the opportunity to work with development teams to verify application functionality, usability, performance, and scalability. You will assist application owners with regression testing, load testing, script testing, user acceptance testing, and test architecture support. 

You will evaluate and analyze automation metrics, providing feedback to developers, and system architects. 

Requirements

  • 3-5 Experience in QA methodology. 
  • Experience with frameworks – Web, Mobile & RESTful API testing. 
  • Knowledge of any of the following scripting languages JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, Bash, Golang – Nice to have. 
  • Experience in cloud technologies, preferably AWS. 
  • Experienced in various operating systems (Linux, OSX, Windows). 
  • Working knowledge of test management software.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
