Full Stack Team Leader

As a Team Leader in Dragontail Systems you will have the opportunity to work and learn with the best, working on cutting edge technologies like Distributed/Cloud based systems, Secured Development, Machine learning, Image Processing, Big Data, Mobile development, AWS/Google Cloud, and more.

What you get to do in the role: 

As a Full Stack Team Leader you will be a key member of the development team. While you are a passionate leader you’re also an accomplished full stack developer. You are expected to help design and deliver components and applications . You will own the process from design through implementation and test automation, delivering high quality and valued software. You will be responsible of a team composed of developers and QA. 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full stack development
  • 2+ years of Managing engineering Teams
  • 2+ years of experience on one of more of the following C++/Java/Phyton/Node.JS
  • Experience on Golang – Advantage
  • 2+ years of experience with advanced JavaScript and frameworks – React.js/Vue.js/Angular
  • 2+ years of SQL experience
  • Experience Managing Agile/scrum team and work processes
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (English/Hebrew)
  • Technical documentation skills
  • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
  • Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
