Recently joined YUM! Brands, a company with over 52,000 restaurants in more than 150 countries and territories primarily operating the company’s restaurant brands – KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and The Habit Burger Grill. 

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be a key member of the Operations team.

While you are a talented Technical Account Manager who is responsible for Onboarding new customers and leading integration projects you will also act as the 2nd level tech expert for customer-support escalations. You will work closely with our CSM, dev-ops, and product teams to drive production solutions.


  • 2+ years of hands-on implementation experience working as an Integration Engineer, Technical Engineer, or Project Manager
  • Experience providing personalized support experience with a deeper knowledge of the customer environment
  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Self-motivated and directed troubleshooter with keen attention to details
  • Organized and strong multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, high-paced environment and adjust to changing requirements driven by a fast-moving market
  • Team player attitude
  • Availability for a full-time position – work for home
  • Availability to travel in the USA, Canada and South America
  • Availability for 2-3 standby shifts a week as 2nd level/tier support
  • Spanish – Advantage
